I am little late to post this review. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we all received during all our visits to your urgent care center right from cold to flu, back pain and minor injuries when we were a new resident in Georgia and moved from Florida and we didn’t knew where to go for an urgent visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
The facility is always impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal wait time. The staff, made us feel at ease when we went for our son’s injuries and provided clear explanations throughout the process.
The medical care we received was top-notch, and the accurate diagnosis, along with the prompt treatment, significantly contributed to our recovery.
We remember our parents visited us from India in 2022 they both got Covid just before they were leaving back to India, we called several healthcare providers and they were not able to attend them. Gwinnett Urgent promptly asked us to bring them and get them tested and provided a proper handout of Do’s and Don’ts. They recovered well and went back to India healthy.
The Physicians listens to you patiently and engages and understands the problems.
Overall, our experience at Gwinett Urgent Care was outstanding. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family. Thank you for your commitment to excellent healthcare.

This is my favorite urgent care. I’ve been here a few times, and they have been quick to see me. Very little time in the waiting room. They get me in and out quick. This last time, I needed an x ray. They have good equipment and went smoothly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Dr Perry is the best emergency med Doc and if you are lucky enough to get to see him when you are sick you will be happy you did. He knows exactly what you need to make you feel better and explains everything to you so you understand.

I know I’m always leaving mixed reviews good and bad, but the way front desk treated my mother (who’s of retirement age and works at a public school) was just horrible, my mother had to leave the doctors office due to not being able to fill out some forms, which she already filled last month. When she asked for help the spanish speaking front desk lady decided not to help at all, even though my mother was willing to wait until she attend other patients. She just ignored her and let her figure it out, which she just decide to leave instead. Even the Walgreens pharmacy Techs had more compassion on trying to help get more medication refills via phone, and told what they did was wrong. Lets not forget why (including me as a hospital corpsman) are in the medical field, we love helping people, other patients can see how we act with other patients. I have never said No to any of my patient or if I could not I would find someone that could. Dont say you can’t help her cuase it private information, when you can already look up her information and not hippa becuase you are attending her which grants you access to her information to help her fill it out with her being present in front of you. If dont want to deal with people maybe this isn’t the job for you. Regardless I’m hoping my mother will get an apology which shows true character when some knows they are in the wrong. Once done ill revert back to 5 star, becuase I still love Dr. Perry and his team in the back.

Usually when I go to urgent care I have a long wait and a even longer wait once in a room. That’s not the case at all at Gwinnett Urgent Care I was seen very quickly and experienced great service with my comfort taken very seriously. Being from out of town I was nervous to just pop in to a urgent care I’ve never visited! I wish my town had amazing urgent cares like this one. Very efficient

I was referred to this location by some friends. I had fallen down some steps about 3 weeks ago and my dr said I didn’t need xrays that if I broke my tailbone there was nothing we could do about it anyway and sometimes you can’t even see it on the X-ray. Well. 3 weeks later I couldn’t walk this morning and went there.
From the front desk to the nurse to the dr the experience was wonderful! Everyone cared! Efficient front desk girl!!! Nurse came in took vitals was worn out said it was a long day. I told her what happened and she was amazed my dr didn’t run xrays and make sure nothing happened especially because I’m in my late 50’s. She was also efficient, friendly and caring. She was also the nurse that took the xrays and helped me walk in there tried hard to keep me from hurting myself further while walking and very caring. Her name was Chantelle. I made sure to ask so I was sure to say good things about her. The dr came in and did say I broke my coccyx. It was also at an odd shape and a lot of my pain was because I had been favoring one side of another while walking or sitting or whatever. She was also efficient and caring and explained how to take care of myself. I was very impressed with the entire staff. The office was clean and sanitary. Clorox wipes were in view all over. I would recommend this place for all ages for minor emergencies.

I love this place. I’ve been here for stitches and for a sinus infection, and every person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, efficient, and diligent. I had seamless, quick transitions between receptionist, tech, PA, and doctor. Each person actually read my chart and didn’t ask me the same questions multiple times! I don’t know how, but I felt the visit was simultaneously so fast, but not rushed. I guess it seemed as though each person cared to listen and connect, and respond appropriately. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish my whole family could go here as our primary care provider!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I had the flu earlier this week, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The receptionist was friendly, the nurse who took my vitals was super nice and helpful, and the provider actually came to my room after being in there for only 5 minutes. She was also very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. My best urgent care experience and it’s not even close!

My mom felt pain badly in her arm from falling off and the receptionist from other clinics where I called to visit suggested to go to this center. I met Dr. Perry who served us nicely and tried to make us understand easily what is working on and why. She is the greatest doctor I’ve ever met and best to be your family doctor.

My first time visiting this urgent care and they were phenomenal. I went in for a pulled muscle and from the front desk staff being very pleasant to the N.P.’s seeing me, they were all awesome. They ruled out the possibilities of what it could’ve been to narrowing down the actual cause of the problem. Everyone was so pleasant and always wore a smile on their face. I had my 4th visit in about a month yesterday to this office and I can’t say enough positive things about them. The front office staff is friendly, even when you walk in one hour before they are about to close and you know everyone is ready to go home. Also, they show grace under pressure and kindness to everyone. The nurses are great and if you’re luck there’s a beautiful golden there which can make anything better including pink eye or the the flu The day before Christmas. My most recent visit was with their female provider, I’m bad with names so I apologize for not being able to call her by name. Out of the last 4 visits she has been my provider 3 of those times. Her bedside manner is awesome. She makes you feel like you aren’t crazy even when you have vertigo for the first time which can make you feel like you are crazy. She truly listens to everything you have to say and makes eye contact the entire time. She takes your concerns seriously and runs the right tests. And she will answer any questions about medicine you are being prescribed. Most Urgent care facilities are hand you your meds and say goodbye before you can get a word out. But not here! While they are quick and efficient they take their time where it counts. I just wanted to give kudos to the hardworking staff and let them know how much I appreciate each and every one from every step of my visit.

We were in and out (including wait time) about an hour. They were nice staff and helped get me checked in quickly. I had a UTI during pregnancy and I was worried they wouldn’t be able to treat me or prescribe a pregnancy-safe prescription but they were. They accepted Aetna so that was good for me. It’s a pretty clean facility and not too busy since it’s not in a busy plaza. Would recommend this urgent car above others in the area!

The staff at Gwinnett Urgent Care are always very responsive and caring. We never leave without feeling like our health concerns have been addressed. We drive 30 minutes out of our way because we know we will be well taken care of!

Dr P and staff always take care to listen and treat us. It is extremely hard to get an appt with my PCP and we use Dr P for matters that are important to us. He listens intently, treats us with respect, and always offers his availability to come back if we don’t feel better.

I have never had a long wait and they are so caring. I have a (silly) fear of needles and they went out to their way to hide the needle. Unlike other urgent cares, this place is clean and you don’t feel like they are rushing through people.

Our family has been going to Dr. Perry and his staff at Gwinnett Urgent Care for about 7 years. I cannot say enough about how excellent the care is. It is clean and efficiently managed. I have never waited very long to see Dr. Perry or one of his P.A.s. Everyone is professional, caring and friendly. It is our “go-to” whether we are dealing with upper respiratory infections or a suspected broken bone. Highly recommend!!
