Elite Carpet Cleaners Guarantee

If the cleaning, stain removal or carpet repair is unsuccessful at the time of service, then there will be no charge for the service.

If a stain or odor reappears within 48 hours the area will be re-cleaned once for free. Any additional cleanings will be at regular price. Customer must make complaint to Elite Carpet Cleaners within 48 hours of the initial cleaning.

If Customer does not follow Elite Carpet Cleaners post cleaning instructions, Elite Carpet Cleaners is not responsible for damages.

We have used Elite Carpet Cleaning for two homes now-one to get ready to sell and now cleaning older carpets and both times have been impressed with the results. Owner is friendly, prompt and professional and does a quick but thorough job and carpets look and smell great. Would highly recommend if you need floors cleaned!
