Jeff McCrary was beyond all of my expectations for renting out my condo. This was the first time that I have used a real estate agency for help (primarily because I got burned when I tried to do it on my own). He went above and beyond ANYTHING I had expected to make sure that the candidates were well (even above) qualified before we would even consider leasing to them. He knew my property and my wishes like they were his own. I really didn’t have to do much but hand over my information and keys…the rest was up to him-and I totally trusted him. He’s friendly, he’s kind, he knows his stuff, and he’s ridiculously thorough. He’s the ONLY consideration for our future home purchase and that’s based solely on the way he handled my condo being leased. :-)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jeff McCrary. We moved from the city to North Fulton and were very specific in our search criteria when it came to school districts, features/amenities, and price, and Jeff was instrumental in helping us find the home of our dreams! He was also very helpful and showed great perseverance in helping us rent the home we moved out of. He is very meticulous and shows excellent attention to detail, and he is very quick to respond to emails and calls. He has a real passion for his work, and it shows every time you come into contact with him. We have come to view him as a good friend who just happens to be our realtor!!! We would recommend him to anyone in Atlanta looking to buy a home who wants top-notch service and expert advice!!!
