Dentistry at East Piedmont is a 10/10 experience every time. From the second you walk in the entire place feels like a spa. The lobby is beautiful and has a coffee and tea bar. I was treated to a warm paraffin wax treatment for my hands while I got my teeth cleaned. The doctors are kind and knowledgeable and I never feel rushed during my time with them. Overall, this is an exceptional practice.

Dr Patel is the greatest! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable. I have been a patient for over 10 years and every visit has been great.

This is the nicest, most advanced dental office I have ever visited….very spa like. I am a new patient, and the initial visit was VERY thorough. They utilize the latest technology, and I can’t imagine are many procedures they can’t do on site. My hygienist, Maria, was delightful. She was engaging, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Dr. Patel and the rest of the dentists were on schedule and got me on my way within my appointment time. The front office made checkin/out a breeze. I look forward to my next visit.

My daughter and I LOVE Dr. Patel and his staff. They were recommended by 2 of my best friends when I moved back to Marietta. They are amazing and trustworthy and truly care about their patients. So happy I found them!!!

Dr.Alexander is very knowledgeable and demonstrates genuine concern for her patients. She works with her patients to support their treatment plan and makes sure the patient understands why they need to participate in their dental health as well as how to take care of their teeth. Even after the visit, Dr. Alexander and her staff remain a resource to her patients for the best dental health outcomes.

I just moved to Dentistry at East Piedmont and saw Dr Bauman for my first visit. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and prepared appropriate options. Highly recommend them to anyone in the East Cobb area looking for compassionate dentistry.

This dentist office is so nice! Recently remodeled. Very clean, high end feel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of my teeth. Not painful at all. Definitely will be back

I can’t say enough about the folks at Dentistry at East Piedmont. Going there for a regular cleaning is like going to the spa. Everyone is so welcoming and they all care about your teeth and keeping them healthy. Dr. Patel and his staff are the kindest and most giving team and will always put you in a positive mood as soon as you enter the door. I’m so happy they were recommended to my family so many years ago. You are all the best!

Love Dr. Ashish Patel and his ALWAYS amazing staff ! It had been 5 years since I had last been to Dentistry at East Piedmont, and I was welcomed back with open arms! Dr. Patel is conservative, giving me 3 fillings as opposed to the 8 caps a dental mill tried to sell me. I was able to make a next day appointment for my work. The relaxed spa like environment and low lighting are the kinds of calming details that make all the difference. From check in to check out, top notch quality all the way around!

are professionals at all time, they have never failed to provide the best of care to me and my family.
They provide first rate care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and take the time to listen to your concerns and questions. I recommend them without reservation. And in case you’re wondering no we’re not related just good friends.

My family have been coming to East Piedmont dentistry for many years. It’s like walking into a beautiful spa. Dr. Patel and his staff have amazing attention to detail as well as wonderful bedside manner. They are incredibly patient and do excellent work as well as give you multiple different options. Dr. Patel and staff are perfectionists and it shows in everything they do.

This is the type of place that makes you look forward to going to the dentist! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so nice. And they offer distractions from your dental cleaning in the form of paraffin hand waxes, back massages and watching Netflix during your treatment. I left feeling more relaxed than when I went in! I highly recommend this practice, and the Dentists are both excellent and very nice.

Dr. Patel and his staff provide the most outstanding dentistry experience and service I have ever experienced. Beyond thankful I have a team like them to handle my dental hygiene. This is a fantastic dental care team! The culture of care, service and attention to client experience is remarkable. I am delighted with the thoughtful, personal care and effort to keep me on schedule with my dental health.
It is wonderful to be greeted upon entry in a comfortable environment with refreshment available and natural light flooding into the waiting area. I am always escorted back by my hygienist who must take careful notes to remember details about past visits and my family.
I enjoy the soft lights which never feel clinical and easy music in the background. I usually accept the opportunity for a paraffin hand treatment during my cleaning although I always turn down the option to watch a movie or TV show on the overhead monitor during my time in the chair. The experience is professional, friendly, and the process is clearly described before any procedure along with my options for care and payment.
The dentist, typically Dr. Patel, is personable while clearly focused on making sure I am maintaining solid dental health and has, when necessary, identified areas for improvement along with different treatment modalities and their relative efficacy.
It is a pleasure for me to recommend the team at Dentistry at East Piedmont.

When I first started seeing Dr Patel, I was beyond scared. I was having major teeth issues and knew I had to see a dentist sooner rather than later. After many months of research, I chose to visit Dr Patel. After my first consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. I was ready to undergo complete sedation but his confidence in assuring me I wouldn’t need that was just what I needed. He even goes one step further to assure the Novocain shot is as pleasant as possible. Every time I enter that office, his team greets me like I am a member of their family. I just cannot say enough good things about this office. This is what makes them a top 10 dental practice.

Wow. I have always considered Dr. Patel an absolute wizard with the work he has done for me. He and his team are amazing.
Today he took what I thought was going to be a very expensive project on a very old crown that predated our relationship and quickly identified that I did not need the work. A quick adjustment and he had me on my way.
Not only is the work he does second to none but his patients can trust him implicitly and with no hesitation.
