After our unit was serviced by a different company the previous year, our furnance motor malfunctioned all of a sudden when we went to use the heat for the first time earlier this season. This was very odd to me so I decided to give a different company a try and I’m so glad we went with CL. Our technician, Tate, not only diagnosed the issue, he determined the root cause and explained it in detail. He returned a couple days later and quickly replaced the motor. He was efficient, professional and kind. I could tell he really enjoys what he does.

Louis and Joe-Joe were absolutely amazing. They arrived early and were done changing out our unit an hour before they thought they would be. The price was amazing and even having installation set up was quick and easy. 10/10 Would recommend.

Had new HVAC system installed Sept. 2015. The best experience I’ve had with HVAC companies in Augusta since 1962. My WHOLE HO– USE is now comfortable for the first time. Great and efficient staff to work with.

Office personnel very friendly, easy to schedule an appt. The time arrived within the time frame that was given to me. ***** was very nice and thorough during his routine inspection. He checked the outside unit as well as the inside filter and gave us good feedback on his findings.

I called the company in the morning and they were able to get a serviceman out that same afternoon. Chris was our service guy and he showed us what was wrong with our unit and professionally recommended what we needed. He had a replacement part in his truck and was able to get our unit running COOL again in no time!
We asked about their service plan and he told us all of what was included. You can’t beat the price of their service plan so of course we bought one! Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly.
We will definitely recommend Creighton Laircey to all our friends and family!

I have had air conditioner issues for 4 years. I have spent thousands and have worked with at least 7 different companies that have come in and told me either the system was fine and that’s the best I could expect or charge me hundreds and did not solve the issue.
Mike was fantastic and the only person I have worked with so far that actually tried to find out what the issue was. I did have to put a new unit in, but he also noticed that my kitchen refrigerator was pumping out way more heat than it should.
The contractor that fixed that last time did it wrong and he fixed that too. It’s rare to find someone very concerned about the customer, and any time I have called their office they have been awesome. They just won all of my business!!!!

Creighton and Victor Laircey did a great job on my home HVAC system. One unit is on its way out, but they recommended an additive that gave it news life, postponing a $4,000 replacement. The other unit had a leak that could only be repaired by replacing the evaporator coil (the one inside the house).
They gave me prices for a new coil and an entire new unit. We bought the new unit and it works great. Nice, clean, quality installation at a fair price
