I called Climatech for an emergency issue. The HVAC tech Maurey called me and told h he would be there in an hour…he was on time! My issue was resolved, he showed me why I wasn’t getting any heat, a set of wire burn loose, and tripped the breaker…total cost just under $250.00! Very honest guy, and great worker. The good thing is he explained to me everything he was doing the entire step of the way.

They did basic maintenance on the unit.It went very well. They showed up within about 2-1/2 hours of the call. They were straight to the point and they were in and out I think under an hour and a half. They were courteous and they didn’t make a mess.

Just wanted to thank the guys at Climatech for a wonderful job done today. My A/C unit died on me today and the guys I normally used told me it was going to take a week for them to help me!

That’s when I contacted Climatech, they had a technician out earlier today and my problem was fixed and best of all it did not break my bank! These guys are professional, courteous and very knowledgable! I appreciate the hard work!

It’s 2 degrees out and my circulator pump dies I called them and they had a new one up and running quickly. Reasonably priced for emergency work. Professional technician. Can’t say enough about this company they’re doing it right.

Our air conditioning unit suddenly went out recently and Climatech came to fix the problem within hours. Our technician Dave was prompt, efficient and did a great job explaining each step of the process as he was working. We were expecting family to come in town the next day for a holiday weekend and Climatech definitely saved the day! Job well done!

Today I came home from work after an exhausting week to a 86 degree home. (By the way it was Friday at 4:30pm) I immediately checked the breakers, which we all “on”. I called Climatec Air , who I have my service contract with. Dave arrived asap, about 7pm.

I have an old system and expected the worst. It was a quick fix with a minimal service charge. As always, Dave was very profession, courteous, and knowledgable. I also use this company for my business locations, The Joint Savannah and The Joint Pooler, and always receive the same quality work.

The service was excellent , the tech , David was polite , professional and did not take a step without first explaining the procedures and all possible methods to correct the issue. He corrected the problem and guaranteed the service provided. I wish I would have known about this company sooner. A friend of mind name Helen Scroggins recommended Climatech and said they are dependable, do good work and will not make you wait. She was absolutely correct and then some……. David was excellent , I hope that all your tech are just like him and I am willing entering into the total care program because of him……………….. Thanks a lot, it made a raining day great!
