I was little worried with all the bad ratings but I think that the people who had a good experience just don’t write a review. Any who! I had lost my voice and was worried that I wouldn’t get it back, especially for work. So I went in and I didn’t wait long. Maybe 20 minutes because I had to fill out the documents for being a new patient.

I went in and told them my issue, they were nice and polite and I got a shot of steroids, I had never had that before (usually the pills) and she said it should be better in two days. Now mind you I really hurt my voice and when 3 days past and no improvement I went back the day after and told them what had happened.

The doctor gave me the pill form and said that if it doesn’t get better that I might have to see a specialist and gave me a few recommendations. Again they were polite and nice and both times they sent my prescriptions out for me. I will go back if anything comes up again. I hope not because being sick sucks but they were really awesome.

I came in to have my finger looked at after I smashed it with a hammer. I didn’t think it was broken but I was concerned about infection. The PA that I saw was courteous, professional, and fast. She explained what they were going to do and why they were doing it. The woman that took my X-rays was also great. She treated me well and I was done with the X-rays before I knew it. And then she cleaned up my finger and bandaged it nicely. Overall I had a great experience at this clinic.

My leg hurt so badly from sudden onset sciatica that I knew I couldn’t work Monday. They saw me Sunday and and gave me enough relief to make it to work Monday and ever since. Very professional, friendly, quick to be seen. Thanks so much AppleCare.

I had the best experience at the Pooler Applecare. My daughter was very sick and they got her back right away. She even let the nurse give her medicine for her temperature which is a rare thing. She is 2. Best care ever. Highly recommend

This urgent care is new and improved. It used to be memorial urgent one. The wait times were so long!!! Apparently “applecare” came in and took over management… The wait times when I was there seemed to be about 20 mins.. The staff really does seem to care unlike most “doc in a box” places that you find around here. I would recommend my family to see them if they ever got sick. They’re quick and efficient.
